A. Information You Provide Directly

When you use our App, we collect information you provide directly to us:

• Account Information: When you create an account, you will do so through social logins (Apple, Google, X, Meta). We will receive limited information from these providers necessary to create and maintain your account (e.g., your unique social login ID, and potentially your email address if provided by the social login service). We do not collect or store your social login passwords.
• Creatine Tracking Data: You will input your daily creatine dosage into the App. This data is used to track your intake and calculate your creatine saturation levels.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

We use Google Analytics to collect certain non-personal information automatically when you use the App. This information helps us understand how users interact with our App and improve its functionality. The data collected by Google Analytics includes:

• Device Information: This may include your device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• App Usage Data: This includes information about how you use the App, such as the features you access, the duration of your sessions, and crash reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the App: To allow you to track your daily creatine intake and calculate your creatine saturation based on the research-backed algorithms within the App.
• Personalization: To personalize your experience within the App based on the data you input, ensuring the saturation calculations and dashboard are relevant to you.
• App Improvement: To monitor and analyze usage and activity trends to improve the App's features, performance, and user experience. This includes using Google Analytics data for troubleshooting and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Communication: To send you in-app notifications and, if you have an account, emails regarding important updates, including changes to this Privacy Policy.

3. Data Storage and Security

• On-Device Storage: Your creatine tracking data is initially stored on your device in a secure SQLite database. This data is retained until you uninstall the App.
• Cloud Storage: We are transitioning to syncing your data to a secure third-party cloud service (Firebase). Once synced, this data will be retained until your account expires or you request its deletion.
• Security Measures: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including using secure connections (HTTPS) when syncing data to Firebase and implementing access controls for our cloud infrastructure. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or research purposes. Your data will only be accessible by you and, where necessary for app functionality and maintenance, by us.

• Third-Party Service Providers: We use Google Analytics to collect non-personal app usage data as described in Section 1B. Google Analytics collects and processes data according to its own privacy policy.

You have certain rights regarding your personal data:

• Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Your Data: You can currently request to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us via our support email address. In the future, we plan to provide in-app functionality for these requests.
• Withdrawing Consent/Objecting to Processing: You can withdraw your consent for data processing or object to certain processing activities by contacting us via our support email address.

Please note that we do not currently offer an option for data portability.

Account data synced to Firebase will be deleted if:

• You request deletion;
• You delete your account (future functionality);

• Account creation is facilitated through third-party social login services (Apple, Google, X, Meta).

We assume no responsibility or liability for any consequences resulting from your use of the App, including any health decisions made based on the information presented within the App. Your reliance on any information provided by Kreas is solely at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by DropRate, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Subscriptions (Future Feature)

Note: Subscription plans are not yet available. This section outlines terms that will apply once subscriptions are introduced.

Pricing: All prices will be clearly stated within the App. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

Billing: Subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually) as selected by you. Payments will be processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation and Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings. Refunds will be handled according to the policies of the respective app store. We are unable to issue direct refunds.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:
